A special segula (merit) to protect us in this terrible situation, from our generation's Great Rabbis, and sages of Kabbalah in Jerusalem, who asked us to publicize this merit that works endless wonders and sweetens all harsh decrees.

Recite daily the following chapters from Tehillim (Psalms): Chapters 16, 32, 41, 42, 59, 77, 90, 105, 137, and 150, which are equivalent to saying the entire Book of Psalms, as the late righteous Rabbi, Rabbi Shmuel Heller, Av Beis Din (Chief Rabbinical Judge) of Tsfat, always used to say, that whoever recites them is considered in Heaven as if he has recited the entire Book of Psalms.

And this is a segula to survive all the terrorists and demons, bombings, and road accidents; it is a segula for a good livelihood, a good shidduch, for healthy children, health, salvation, recovery from all diseases, annulling all evil eye and denunciations, and a segula to escape from any harsh judgment and entanglement in life.
As the saintly and pure Rabbi Baruch Pinchas from Skolia of blessed memory (the Ba'al Shem Tov's grandson) used to say: "The Jewish children should say these ten chapters of Tehillim - 16, 32, 41, 42, 59, 77, 90, 105, 137, and 150, and surely they will have all their hearts' wishes fulfilled for the best, and will be saved from all troubles, both them and Klal Yisrael.

The Saintly Rabbi Aharon Rott of blessed memory, the Rebbe from Shomrei Emunim, wrote in his sefer, "Taharas HaKodesh", in the essay Tikkun HaYom: "Regarding the ten chapters which the author of "Likutei Moharan" instructed to say, about which he said that it was revealed to him from Heaven, that this tikkun (rectification) has not been known since the time of Creation, etc., I emphatically add that these ten chapters are tremendously powerful."
The late Rebbe of Gur, the "Beis Yisrael" of blessed memory, wrote in his sefer "Refu'ah V'Chaim" 12: "Reciting these ten chapters is a very great segula!"
The Satmar Rebbe, the "Yitav Lev" and his son the "Kedushas Yomtov" of blessed memory said that whoever merits saying them, should have no fear! ("Ner Dovid")
The late Satmar Rebbe of blessed memory said that whoever says these ten chapters, sweetens all decrees that hang over him! He himself ordered to have these chapters printed in a special edition, as a "segula", and paid all the expenses.
The hidden Tzaddik the Mekubal Rabbi Menachem Menashe of blessed memory, wrote in his sefer "Ahavas Chaim": "Whoever has a regard for his kedusha (saintliness) and that of his progeny will be careful to say these ten chapters of Tehillim (Tikkun HaKlali) every day."
The leading Mekubal Rabbi Chaim Sinuani of blessed memory said: "I, too, make sure to say these ten chapters of Tehillim since they are a great segula... and certainly [whoever says them] has the merit of carrying out a major rectification of his soul."

Furthermore, it's a wonderful and special merit and protection to keep this booklet of the ten chapters in one's pocket, to be saved from all misfortune, as the greatest Rabbis and Tzaddikim have promised: "These ten chapters protect like an armored shield, which can't be shot through... and no harm will come to him! And whoever says them daily and takes them with him in his pocket, will surely come to no harm
This merit of the ten chapters of Tehillim has been known for generations.
Also, the renowned Rabbis of the Beis Din Zedek (Rabbinical Court) of the Eida Chareidis in Jerusalem, headed by the Gaon Rabbi Yitzchok Yaakov Weiss of blessed memory, wrote in their letter of approval regarding the great virtue of printing the "Ten Chapters": "We hereby give our recommendation to ..... and give our blessings to him for this act... of printing the ten chapters of Tehillim, which the saintly Tzaddik the Rebbe Nachman of Breslav of blessed and saintly memory discovered and established. And this is indeed a good deed, privileging the multitudes... And it need not be stated how great is this matter, to print and distribute them among the Chosen People!"
